Matthew Reede is CEO Pathways & Professional at ECA, leading programs that support international students, employability and workforce development across Australia. He brings more than 20 years of experience as an education executive, entrepreneur and investor, with a strong record of building and scaling businesses across education, professional services and investment.
Matthew co-founded Performance Education Group in 2005 and helped grow it into Australia’s largest Professional Year provider, recognised for its scale and graduate employment outcomes. He also founded Flinders Intercultural, a consultancy focused on intercultural capability and professional development. At ECA, Matthew leads initiatives that help students build academic readiness, career confidence and practical pathways into the workforce.
He is Managing Partner of Dominion Partners and serves as a director of investment firms in Australia and the United Kingdom. Matthew holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics.

Cesar Muradas is Chief Technology Officer at ECA, leading the group’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise systems and IT operations. His career includes leadership experience with major organisations across banking, aviation, telecommunications, consumer goods, regulation and public-sector service delivery. Richard’s expertise spans finance, governance, risk, sustainability, ethics and corporate strategy. He brings more than 30 years of higher education experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, combining academic leadership with entrepreneurial thinking. Lawrence previously held senior roles at the University of Canberra, including founding Dean of the Faculty of Business, Government and Law and later Pro Vice-Chancellor.
